Albany, Georgia - International executive protection consultant and company CEO Karl de la Guerra, brought a new prospective to Law Enforcement and Air Force ROTC students at Monroe High School. Mr. de la Guerra is a ten year Air Force veteran, former law enforcement officer and tactical trainer with over 36 years experience in protective services. His corporation, Karl de la Guerra, Inc. is based out of Charlotte, NC and specializes in international security consulting and protective services training. Mr. de la Guerra explained to students the significance of learning in other countries and how his Air Force and law enforcement experiences contributed to his entrepreneurship. Students were encouraged to not only pursue traditional higher education, but to explore technical education as well. Mr. de la Guerra provided a perfect blend of the benefits of experiencing both military and private sector organizations. Mr. Richard Williams is the Public Safety Instructor.
